Dan + Shay’s “Speechless” predictably rises to #1 on this week’s Mediabase country radio singles chart.

The song, which was #3 last week, seizes the throne from Mitchell Tenpenny’s “Drunk Me.” That song falls to #9 after a single week on top.

Not simply the leader for chart points, “Speechless” ranks as the Mediabase country panel’s most played and heard song for the December 9-15 tracking period. It received 8,040 spins (+747) and 48.10 million audience impressions.

“Speechless” follows “Nothin’ Like You,” “From The Ground Up,” “How Not To,” and “Tequila” in becoming the duo’s fifth country radio #1.

Kane Brown’s “Lose It” holds at #2, while Thomas Rhett’s “Sixteen” jumps six places to #3. Dustin Lynch’s “Good Girl” climbs three spots to #4, and Dierks Bentley’s “Burning Man (featuring Brothers Osborne)” ticks up one spot to #5.
