Last week, Ariana Grande’s “thank u, next” fell to #2 on the Billboard Hot 100.

This week, the song recaptures its throne.

Headline Planet can confirm that “thank u, next” will be named the #1 song on this week’s edition of the chart. Billboard may announce the news as soon as Monday afternoon.

The smash hit is celebrating a fourth non-consecutive week in the pinnacle position.

The Hot 100 ranks songs based on activity from streams, sales and radio airplay. Already an audio streaming sensation, “thank u, next” received a big video spike this week from the release of the music video.

It also enjoyed another week of strong sales as well as a big increase at radio.
