Last week, “The Voice” contestants Kirk Jay and Reagan Strange debuted on the Billboard Emerging Artists chart.

This week, three different contestants make the listing.

Kymberli Joye leads the way at #30, while Kennedy Holmes takes #35. Chevel Shepherd, the third of this week’s debuting “The Voice” artists, starts at #44.

Billboard’s Emerging Artists chart lists the top artists who have yet to score a major hit on a key Billboard album or song chart. It ranks acts based on factors like album sales, song consumption and social media activity.

Joye, Holmes and Shepherd earn their positions primarily due to sales of their Top 11 recordings. Joye’s “Break Every Chain,” Holmes’ “Greatest Love Of All,” and Shepherd’s “Space Cowboy” were last week’s best-selling “The Voice” recordings.
