Earlier this fall, 5 Seconds Of Summer’s “Youngblood” enjoyed a multi-week reign atop the Mediabase pop radio airplay chart.

This week, it rises to the pinnacle of the hot adult contemporary listing.

Up two places from last week’s position, “Youngblood” claims #1 on the strength of its ~5,846 tracking period plays. This week’s count tops last week’s mark by 41 spins.

Maroon 5’s “Girls Like You (featuring Cardi B)” holds at #2 with ~5,752 spins (-131). Lovelytheband’s “Broken,” which topped last week’s chart, falls to #3 this week. It received ~5,750 spins during the November 11-17 tracking period (-286).

Panic! At The Disco’s “High Hopes” rises one place to #4 with ~5,117 spins (+413). Imagine Dragons’ “Natural” concurrently falls one spot to #4 with ~4,977 (+160).
