In addition to receiving ample attention on digital music platforms, Steve Aoki’s “Waste It On Me (featuring BTS)” garnered opening day support at US pop radio.

Given their long history of supporting BTS, it should come as no surprise that Oklahoma City’s KJ103 and Chattanooga’s KISS 103.7 ranked as the top supporters. According to Mediabase, they had respectively played the song 16 and 15 times by the end of Thursday, October 25.

Other key early supporters include Portland’s Live 95.5 (9 spins), Las Vegas’ 104.3 NOW (6 spins), and Palm Springs’ 97.7 KRCK (5 spins). Several other stations played the song twice or thrice Thursday.

“Waste It On Me” currently ranks as a convincing #1 on the US iTunes sales chart.
