Olivia Holt’s “History,” which received pop radio airplay in 2017 as well as ample attention on Spotify, just received a digital song certification in the United States.

According to the RIAA, “History” attained gold status on October 9, 2018. The award confirms 500,000 in US units.

Each unit is equal to 1 paid download or 150 streams.

“History” is the first Olivia Holt record to receive a certification from the RIAA.

Unquestionably her biggest release to date, the song boasts an impressive 1655 million global streams on Spotify.
