The follow-up to Ella Mai’s chart-topping “Boo’d Up” continues to soar at urban radio.

“Trip,” that follow-up, received 2,520 spins during the first five days of the September 16-22 tracking period. Up a healthy 21% from the count at this point last week, the tally slots “Trip” at #8 on the building/real-time airplay chart.

As it does not face a threat from below, “Trip” should have no trouble retaining its position through the close of tracking.

— “Trip” is also faring well at rhythmic radio, where it is approaching the Top 15.
