“Love Lies” is officially multi-platinum in America.

One day after officially hitting #1 at pop radio, Khalid x Normani’s “Love Lies” attains multi-platinum status in the United States.

The RIAA issued a 2x platinum certification on Monday, September 17.

The award confirms 2 million in US units. Each unit is equal to 1 paid download or 150 streams.

“Love Lies,” as noted, reached #1 on this past week’s Mediabase pop radio airplay chart. It peaked inside the Top 5 at rhythmic radio earlier this year.

“Love Lies” has, moreover, gone as high as #9 on the overall Billboard Hot 100 chart.
