BTS & Nicki Minaj’s “IDOL,” Ariana Grande’s “Breathin” Enter Top 50 At Pop Radio

“IDOL” and “breathin” reach #46 and #48, respectively, at the pop format.

The list of new additions to the Top 50 at pop radio includes BTS’ “IDOL (featuring Nicki Minaj)” and Ariana Grande’s “breathin.”

Played 481 times during the August 26-September 1 tracking period, “IDOL” ranks as the Mediabase pop panel’s #46 song. It was #68 last week.

This week’s spin count tops last week’s mark by 350.

“breathin” is not yet being promoted as an official radio single, but it continues to attract interest at the format. The “Sweetener” track rises four places to #48.

It received 386 spins (+85).

“IDOL” received tracking period airplay from 66 Mediabase-monitored pop stations. Forty-five such stations played “breathin.”
