“IDOL” is quickly gaining traction at pop radio.

BTS - IDOL | Big Hit Entertanment

It may not have launched until the sixth day of the August 19-25 tracking period, but BTS’ “IDOL (featuring Nicki Minaj)” still attracted a solid amount of airplay.

Specifically, the collaboration received 131 spins. The count positions “IDOL” as the Mediabase pop panel’s #68 song.

“IDOL,” which appears on the group’s new album “Love Yourself: Answer,” received airplay from 26 Mediabase-monitored pop stations during the official tracking period.

Chattanooga’s KISS 103.7 ranked as the top supporter. It contributed a whopping 39 spins.

“IDOL” is the follow-up to BTS’ “Fake Love,” which hit the Top 40 earlier this year.
