Camila Cabello’s “Real Friends” Received First Day Pop Radio Airplay In SF, Trenton, More

The newly released version of “Real Friends” picked up airplay at pop radio.

Camila Cabello released a new version of her song “Real Friends” — this one featuring Swae Lee — late Wednesday night.

In conjunction with its launch on digital platforms, Epic made the song available to mainstream radio programmers

Some offered immediate airplay.

According to Mediabase, San Francisco’s 99.7 NOW ranked as the top early supporter. It had played teh song 5 times by the end of Thursday.

Trenton’s 94.5 PST played the song 3 times, while Long Island’s WBLI and Jacksonville’s 95.1 WAPE each offered 2 plays. Some other stations may have played it once.

Cabello is also receiving active pop airplay as a featured artist on Bazzi’s “Beautiful.” The song has should reach the Top 40 this week.
