Alessia Cara’s “Growing Pains” and Bebe Rexha’s “I’m A Mess” rise on this week’s Mediabase pop radio airplay chart.

The former ascends two spots to #14. The latter ticks up two places to #19.

“Growing Pains” received 6,473 spins during the July 22-28 tracking period. This week’s count tops last week’s mark by 154 spins.

“I’m A Mess” meanwhile posted a tracking period play count of 3,549, besting last week’s mark by 620.

— Both songs are also receiving airplay at hot adult contemporary radio. “Growing Pains” bullets at #17 on this week’s Hot AC chart, while “I’m A Mess” is just outside the Top 40.
