While Thursday’s “The Four: Battle For Stardom” matched last week’s episode in the key adults 18-49 demographic, it enjoyed a week-over-week gain in overall viewership.

According to live+same-day data posted by Showbuzz, Thursday’s “The Four” drew a 0.9 adults 18-49 rating and averaged 3.12 million overall viewers.

The demo rating ties the season high posted by last week’s episode. Up from last week’s 2.86 million audience figure, this week’s viewership mark represents a new season high.

Billed as the “Comeback Episode,” this week’s “The Four: Battle For Stardom” gave eight previously eliminated contestants another chance to make the finale. James Graham and Whitney Reign succeeded, and they will join Sharaya J and Leah Jenea in next week’s finale.

In addition to the eight comeback artists, Thursday’s “The Four” featured appearances by season one winner Evvie McKinney and standout Zhavia Ward.

While viewership for season two of “The Four” trails that of the inaugural frame, the numbers have been on an upward trend. The past five episodes have all posted week-over-week viewership gains.
