Freeform is moving forward with another season of “Marvel’s Cloak & Dagger.”

The show’s cast and crew confirmed the good news during their panel at the 2018 Comic-Con in San Diego. The ten-episode sophomore frame will air in the spring of 2019.

While “Cloak & Dagger” has not been a strong live+same-day ratings performer (Showbuzz reports that this week’s episode drew a 0.15 adults 18-49 rating and only 401,000 overall viewers), Freeform clearly sees value in the franchise.

It is also generating ample activity within social channels.

Two episodes remain in the show’s inaugural season.
