The premiere of E!’s “Very Cavallari” delivered modest live+same-day ratings this Sunday.

According to L+SD data posted by Showbuzz, Sunday’s opener drew a 0.16 adults 18-49 rating and averaged 0.35 million overall viewers.

While they may not necessarily spell doom given today’s ratings-starved market, the numbers clearly reflect modest interest.

They also look weak in comparison to those of lead-in “Total Bellas.” This week’s edition of the WWE-centric spin-off drew a 0.32 rating and 0.72 million overall viewers.

Indeed, “Very Cavallari” lost half its lead-in.

Showbuzz notes that “Very Cavallari” was Sunday’s #53 cable original in the key adults 18-49 demographic.
