XXXTentacion Dead At 20 After Shooting In Miami; “SAD!” Enters Top 10 On iTunes Sales Chart

The hip-hop artist was pronounced dead Monday.

Following a report by TMZ Monday afternoon, the Broward County Sheriff’s Department confirms XXXTentacion was fatally shot in Miami.

According to the official statement, the hip-hop artist was approached by a pair of armed suspects after leaving a motorcycle dealership. At least one of the suspects shot the artist in what may have been an attempted robbery.

Witnesses say a Louis Vuitton bag was stolen from his car.

XXXTentacion recently hit #1 on the Billboard 200 with his album “?” His music has proven immensely popular on streaming services.

On the heels of the news, his hit “SAD!” entered the Top 10 on US iTunes.
