Earlier this spring, Zedd, Maren Morris & Grey’s “The Middle” spent four weeks atop the Mediabase hot adult contemporary radio chart.

It then ceded its throne to Imagine Dragons’ “Whatever It Takes” and spent two weeks in the #2 position.

This week, it returns to #1.

“The Middle” scores a fifth week atop the chart thanks to its ~6,361 tracking period spins (-184).

Played ~6,223 times during the June 3-9 tracking period (-344), “Whatever It Takes” slips to #2.

Camila Cabello’s “Never Be The Same” holds at #3 with ~5,947 plays (+145), while Maroon 5’s “Wait” spends another week at #4 courtesy of its ~5,582 spins (+3).

Up one place, Shawn Mendes’ “In My Blood” earns #5 with ~4,760 spins (+385).
