The list of diamond-certified singles just grew by three.

According to the RIAA, Robin Thicke’s “Blurred Lines (featuring Pharrell & TI),” LMFAO’s “Party Rock Anthem (featuring Lauren Bennett & GoonRock),” and Black Eyed Peas’ “I Gotta Feeling” all crossed the 10x platinum threshold on June 6, 2018.

A diamond/10x platinum certification confirms 10 million in US units. Each unit is equal to 1 paid download or 150 streams.

Each of the aforementioned singles embodies the term “smash.” The songs reached #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, while posting mammoth consumption numbers.

Not merely chart hits, the songs also represented pop culture phenomena during their runs.
