“The Middle” spends another week atop the hot adult contemporary chart.

While it cedes its throne at pop radio, Zedd, Maren Morris & Grey’s “The Middle” remains in the pinnacle position at hot adult contemporary.

Played ~6,736 times during the April 29-May 5 tracking period (+150), “The Middle” tops a second consecutive Mediabase Hot AC radio chart.

Like last week, Bebe Rexha’s “Meant To Be (featuring Florida Georgia Line)” takes #2. The song received ~6,401 spins, trailing last week’s mark by 86.

Imagine Dragons’ “Whatever It Takes” stays at #3 with ~6,205 plays (+105), while a spin count of ~5,167 (-202) keeps Ed Sheeran’s “Perfect” #4.

The first positional change comes at the #5 position. Up one place, Maroon 5’s “Wait” earns that #5 ranking thanks to its ~5,028 spins (+326).
