BlocBoy JB’s “Look Alive (featuring Drake),” which reached #1 on last week’s Mediabase urban radio chart, keeps the throne this week.

The artist’s breakthrough hit received ~6,156 spins during the April 22-28 tracking period, besting last week’s count by 28 spins.

In addition to appearing on the reigning #1 song, Drake claims #2 and #3 with his own singles. His “God’s Plan” holds at #2 with ~5,062 plays (-574), while his “Nice For What” soars three spots to #3 on the strength of its ~4,705 spins (+1,231).

Down one place, Rich The Kid’s “New Freezer (featuring Kendrick Lamar)” grabs #4 with ~4,181 plays (-3).

DJ Khaled’s “Top Off (featuring Jay Z, Future & B)” holds at #5 with ~3,788 plays (+128).
