Jonathan Davis’ “What It Is” and Fozzy’s “Painless” officially enter the Top 10 on this week’s Mediabase active rock airplay chart.

“What It Is” rises three places to a new peak of #8, while “Painless” climbs three spots to #9.

“What It Is” received 1,117 spins during the April 15-21 tracking period. The count tops last week’s mark by a healthy 189 spins.

“Painless” meanwhile garnered 983 tracking period plays, besting last week’s mark by 77.

— “What It Is” is the official radio single from the KoRn frontman’s forthcoming solo album “Black Labyrinth.” It also appears on the “American Satan” soundtrack.

— “Painless” is the follow-up to Fozzy’s “Judas,” which hit the Top 5 at active rock radio (and solidified itself as Fozzy’s biggest hit) last year.
