A country icon and several Broadway casts are headed to NBC’s TODAY Show.
The network just confirmed that Shania Twain will perform on the April 30 episode. Twain is listed for the 7-9AM and 10-11AM portions of the show.
The cast of The Band’s Visit will take the stage on the following day’s broadcast. Per NBC, the performance is slated for the 7-9AM window.
The “Once On This Island” cast will play the 7-9AM portion of the May 2 broadcast, while “Mean Girls” will have a performance during the 7-9AM window on May 3.
NBC lists the cast of “SpongeBob Squarepants” for a performance in the 7-9AM segment on May 4.
— This coming week will be fairly light on TODAY performances. As of press time, only Stevie Van Zandt (April 27, 9-10AM) is listed for a performance between April 23-27.
