Making good on Headline Planet’s projection, Camila Cabello’s “Havana (featuring Young Thug)” rises to #1 on this week’s Mediabase hot adult contemporary chart.

The song, which was #2 last week, seizes the throne from Ed Sheeran’s “Perfect.” Sheeran’s ballad dips to #2 after spending six weeks at #1.

“Havana” received ~6,777 spins during the February 18-24 tracking period. The count bests last week’s mark by 149 plays.

“Perfect” garnered ~6,685 spins (-87) within that window.

“Havana,” which had already enjoyed multi-week reigns at pop and rhythmic radio, becomes Cabello’s first career Hot AC #1.

Played ~5,777 times during the tracking period (-310), Imagine Dragons’ “Thunder” holds at #3.

Halsey’s “Bad At Love” stays at #4 with ~5,715 (-134), while a spin count of ~5,403 (+335) keeps Charlie Puth’s “How Long” in the #5 position.
