Rihanna’s “What Now” Earns Platinum Certification In United States

America’s #1 artist in terms of digital song certifications just received another one.

Rihanna just received a new digital song certification in the United States.

The artist’s “What Now” officially attained platinum status on February 1, 2018.

The award confirms 1 million in US units; each unit is equal to 1 paid download or 150 streams.

In receiving a new certification for “What Now,” Rihanna extends her lead for the greatest number of US digital song certifications.

Per the official RIAA website, Rihanna boasts 121 million in certified US units.

Taylor Swift, who is #2 on the list, has 106.5 million certified units.
