Powered by strong first-week sales and streaming numbers, Drake’s “God’s Plan” debuts at #1 on the Official UK Singles Chart.

The new single, which appears on Drake’s two-track “Scary Hours” EP, seizes the throne from Eminem’s “River (featuring Ed Sheeran).”

“God’s Plan” receives its closest competition from Ramz’ “Barking,” which holds at #2 on the listing.

The aforementioned “River” drops two places to #3, while Dua Lipa’s “IDGAF” rockets ten places to a new peak of #4.

Up three places, Jason Derulo’s “Tip Toe (featuring French Montana)” grabs #5 on this week’s chart.

Other notables in this week’s Top 40:
— Keala Settle & The Greatest Showman Ensemble’s “This Is Me” climbs five spots to #8.
— Jax Jones’ “Breathe (featuring Ina Wroldsen)” ascends three places to #9.
— Sigrid’s “Strangers” jumps twelve spots to #14.
— Drake’s “Diplomatic Immunity” enters at #21.
— Steel Banglez’ “Bad (featuring Yungen, MoStack, Mr Eazi & Not3s)” rises three spots to #30.
— Mabel & Not 3s’ “Fine Line” debuts at #32.
— Rudimental’s “These Days (featuring Jess Glynne, Macklemore & Dan Caplen)” debuts at #33.
— The Chainsmokers’ Sick Boy debuts at #40.
