A Charlie Puth performance was originally advertised for the January 3 edition of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”

It did not end up airing.

“Ellen” viewers and Charlie Puth fans were not, however, asked to wait long for the rescheduled gig.

Thursday, the official “Ellen” YouTube channel added a video of Puth performing his current hit single “How Long.” The performance, which is embedded below for your early viewing pleasure, is expected to air as part of the Thursday, January 11 episode.

Helen Mirren and Luke James also appear on Thursday’s broadcast, which will air in the afternoon. Check local listings for the specific broadcast time in your market:
