No, MTV’s “Floribama Shore” did not gain viewers in its second week. It is not showing early indications of becoming a pop culture phenomenon in the vein of “Jersey Shore.”

It did, however, avoid the steep viewership decline that often plagues shows in week two.

According to live+same-day data posted by Showbuzz, Monday’s “Floribama Shore” drew a 0.43 adults 18-49 rating and averaged 0.79 million overall viewers.

The numbers compare well to those of last week’s two-part premiere, which drew a 0.46 rating and 0.85 million viewers at 10PM and a 0.44 rating and 0.79 million viewers at 11PM.

Like last week’s episode, this Monday’s “Floribama Shore” led out of “Teen Mom.”

This week’s “Teen Mom” posted a 0.67 in the demo and 1.22 million in overall viewership. The previous “Teen Mom” garnered a 0.69 adults 18-49 rating and a 1.32 million viewership average.
