Country icon Garth Brooks is back atop the country radio mountain.

Up one place, Brooks’ “Ask Me How I Know” earns #1 on this week’s Mediabase country radio singles chart.

The song, which seizes the throne from LANco’s “Greatest Love Story,” becomes Brooks’ first country radio #1 since 2007’s “More Than A Memory.”

Not simply the leader in chart points, “More Than A Memory” also ranks as the Mediabase country panel’s most-played and most-heard song for the November 26-December 2 tracking period.

It received ~8,634 spins (+1,004) and ~57.183 million audience impressions.

Luke Bryan’s “Light It Up” rises one spot to #2 on this week’s chart, while the aforementioned “Greatest Love Story” slips to #3.

Blake Shelton’s “I’ll Name The Dogs” and Brett Young’s “Like I Loved You” hold at #4 and #5, respectively.
