On the one hand, Ed Sheeran’s “Perfect” slips one place to #4 on this week’s edition of the ARIA Australian Top 50 Singles Chart.

On the other hand, the ballad rises to a new multi-platinum tier.

According to ARIA, “Perfect” has officially attained triple platinum status in the Land Down Under.

The accreditation signifies at least 210,000 in Australian units.

— “Perfect” is the fourth official single from Sheeran’s 2017 album “divide.” Previous singles “Shape Of You” (9x), “Castle On The Hill” (5x) and “Galway Girl” (4x) are also multi-platinum in Australia.
