Lukas Graham’s global breakthrough “7 Years” just attained a new multi-platinum certification in the United States.

According to the RIAA, “7 Years” went 5x platinum on November 10, 2017.

The award confirms 5 million in US units. Each unit is equal to 1 paid download or 150 streams.

Fellow Lukas Graham single “Mama Said” also picked up a new certification from the RIAA on November 10.

The song received a platinum award, which signifies 1 million in US units.

— “7 Years,” which peaked at #2 on the Billboard Hot 100, landed at #6 on Headline Planet’s Best Pop Hits of 2016 countdown.
