Going into Monday’s “Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” NBC was officially advertising appearances by Jeff Daniels and Mary J. Blige.

Those listings omitted a rather major name.

Taylor Swift also appears on the episode.

The music superstar performs “New Year’s Day,” a track off her new album “reputation.”

The showcase marks Swift’s first late-night talk show performance since early in the “1989” era.
