No, it is not on the verge of reaching the format’s Top 40.

BTS’ recently released “DNA” has, however, received a handful of spins at US pop radio.

According to Mediabase, Oklahoma City’s KJ103 played “DNA” 8 times between September 19-25. The station also added “DNA” to its official playlist this week.

KJ103 is not the only supporter; Milwaukee’s KISS 103.7 played “DNA” 2 times during the past seven days.

Powered by solid first-week sales sand streams, “DNA” debuted at #85 on this past week’s Billboard Hot 100. It is the first BTS song to earn a spot on that chart.
