The good news: “Dancing With The Stars” was Monday’s highest-rated program on network television.

The bad news: It was down substantially from the past two premieres.

According to live+same-day data posted by Showbuzz, Monday’s season 25 “DWTS” opener drew a 1.6 adults 18-49 rating and 10.71 million overall viewers.

The numbers trail the 2.1 rating and 12.09 million viewer mark drawn by the spring 2017 opener and the 2.1 rating and 12.19 million mark attained by the fall 2016 premiere.
