Despite not launching until the fourth day of the August 27-September 2 tracking week, Maroon 5’s “What Lovers Do (featuring SZA)” debuts comfortably on this week’s Mediabase hot adult contemporary and pop radio charts.

Credited with 1,393 Hot AC spins during the tracking week, “What Lovers Do” earns #18 on that format’s chart.

It is one of three additions to Hot AC’s Top 20; All Time Low’s “Good Times” and Justin Bieber & BloodPop’s “Friends” also enter that region.

“What Lovers Do” concurrently debuts at #27 on the pop chart. It received 2,869 tracking week pop spins.

MAX’s “Lights Down Low,” J Balvin & Willy William’s “Mi Gente,” and Halsey’s “Bad At Love” also enter the Top 30 at pop radio.

While it was bottlenecked by its mid-week arrival, “What Lovers Do” benefited from hourly first-day airplay support from iHeart stations.
