Greta Van Fleet’s “Highway Tune” Reaches #1 At Active Rock Radio

“Highway Tune” cruises to #1 on the active rock chart.

Greta Van Fleet’s “Highway Tune,” which was #3 last week, improves to #1 on the latest Mediabase active rock airplay chart.

The song received a format-leading ~1,876 plays during the August 27-September 2 tracking week. The count bests last week’s mark by 134 spins.

“Highway Tune” seizes the throne from Rise Against’s “The Violence,” which falls to #2 after a single week on top. “The Violence” received ~1,792 tracking week spins (-76).

Up one place, Highly Suspect’s “Little One” earns #3 on the strength of its ~1,663 spins (-30). Royal Blood’s “Lights Out” falls two spots to #4 with ~1,658 (-207).

Credited with ~1,434 spins (+76), Papa Roach’s “American Dreams” rises one spot to #5.
