Justin Bieber & BloodPop’s “Friends” Reaches #1 On US iTunes Sales Chart

“Friends” predictably reaches the top of the US iTunes mountain.

Justin Bieber & BloodPop’s new “Friends” launched early Thursday afternoon.

By late Thursday afternoon, it had reached the top of the US iTunes mountain.

As of press time at 4:43PM ET, “Friends” is #1 on the store’s all-genre single sales chart. It seized the throne from DJ Khaled’s “Wild Thoughts (featuring Rihanna & Bryson Tiller),” which had ruled since this weekend.

Luis Fonsi & Daddy Yankee’s “Despacito (featuring Justin Bieber)” (#3), Liam Payne’s “Strip That Down (featuring Quavo)” (#4) and P!nk’s “What About Us” (#5) form the balance of the Top 5.
