Imagine Dragons’ “Evolve” Reaches #1 On US iTunes Sales Chart; DJ Khaled’s “Grateful” #2

The week’s two biggest new releases occupy the top two spots on iTunes.

Imagine Dragons’ new “Evolve” and DJ Khaled’s new “Grateful” debuted on the US iTunes store late Thursday night.

They quickly shot to the top of the store’s sales chart.

“Evolve” currently holds #1 on the all-genre album sales listing, while “Grateful” is #2.

Lorde’s “Melodrama” and Jason Isbell & The 400 Unit’s “The Nashville Sound,” two of last week’s top releases, are currently #3 and #4 on the chart.

Kendrick Lamar’s enduring “DAMN.” holds the #5 position.

Other albums in the Top 10 include 311’s new “MOSAIC” (#6), the new expanded edition of Prince’s “Purple Rain” (#7), Vince Staples’ new “Big Fish Theory” (#8) and the “Trolls” (#9) and “Guardians Of The Galaxy, Vol. 2” (#10) soundtracks.
