Calvin Harris & Rihanna’s “This Is What You Came For” Certified 4X Platinum In US

Calvin Harris also earned new song certifications for “Blame,” “How Deep Is Your Love” and “Under Control.”

Calvin Harris received several RIAA certifications on June 19, 2017.

The biggest of those certifications was issued to his Rihanna collaboration “This Is What You Came For.”

According to the RIAA, the hit single is now 4x platinum in the United States. The new certification confirms at least 4 million in US units; each unit is equal to 1 paid download or 150 streams.

Harris also earned 2x platinum (2 million) certifications for “Blame (featuring John Newman)” and his Disciples collaboration “How Deep Is Your Love, as well as a gold certification (500,000) for “Under Control.”

His album “18 Months” meanwhile went gold under the RIAA’s album program. The award confirms at least 500,000 in US album units, with each unit equal to 1 sale, 10 track sales or 1500 track streams.
