As it begins its run at alternative radio, Lorde’s “Perfect Places” scores a spot on the Billboard Bubbling Under Hot 100.
The song earns #19 on the chart, which ranks the top songs that have yet to appear on the actual Hot 100.
“Perfect Places,” which appears on Lorde’s forthcoming sophomore album “Melodrama,” launched at alternative radio as the follow-up to “Green Light.”
It was also serviced to mainstream radio, but the overwhelming majority of its early airplay has come at alternative.
“Melodrama” arrives on Friday, June 16.
