“Despacito” Remix, “Swalla,” “The Cure” Join Top 20 At Pop Radio

Three songs move into the Top 20 on this week’s edition of the Mediabase pop radio airplay chart.

Up five places, Luis Fonsi & Daddy Yankee’s “Despacito (featuring Justin Bieber)” earns #16 on this week’s chart. It received 5,939 spins during the May 14-20 tracking week.

The count bests last week’s mark by 2,002 places. Only DJ Khaled’s “I’m The One” enjoyed a greater weekly pop airplay gain (+2,263).

Credited with 3,788 spins (+404), Jason Derulo’s “Swalla (featuring Nicki Minaj & Ty Dolla $ign)” rises five spots to #19.

Lady Gaga’s “The Cure” directly follows at #20. The song, which was #23 last week, received 3,772 spins this week (+360).
