The CW Releases 2017-18 Schedule; “Riverdale,” “Arrow” Trade Timeslots

“Riverdale” will move to Wednesdays, while “Arrow” takes over Thursday at 9PM.

The CW just released its fall 2017-18 schedule, and it features one notable timeslot swap.

“Riverdale,” which spent its first season in the Thursday at 9PM hour, will move to 8PM on Wednesdays.

“Arrow,” which previously occupied that slot, will take over the Thursday at 9PM block.

“Riverdale” will lead into the “Dynasty” reboot, while “Arrow” will follow veteran “Supernatural.”

In addition to “Dynasty,” The CW will launch “Valor” this fall. New series “Black Lightning” and “Life Sentence” will bow at midseason.
