Rihanna [A&E]

Rihanna’s debut in the iconic Marion Crane role led to a week-over-week ratings increase for “Bates Motel.”

According to live+same-day data posted by Showbuzz, Monday’s episode drew a 0.48 adults 18-49 rating and averaged 1.36 million viewers.

While not huge in comparison to the show’s historical standard, both numbers top those of last week’s episode (0.41, 1.24 million).

The viewership figure was actually the best posted by any of the five episodes this season. The demo rating was second to the 0.51 drawn by the season premiere.
