Lorde’s newly released “Green Light” is due to receive considerable first day support at radio.
The single is being positioned as an iHeartMedia “World Premiere” at the pop, alternative and hot adult contemporary radio formats.
Many iHeartMedia stations have confirmed plans to play the song hourly. Others will play the song at least once every other hour.
In all, more than 125 iHeart stations are supporting today’s launch. It will also have a prominent presence on the iHeartRadio app.
“Green Light” is the lead single from Lorde’s “Melodrama,” which arrives this summer.
