Keith Urban’s “Blue Ain’t Your Color,” “John Cougar” Certified Platinum In United States

The first four singles from Keith Urban’s “Ripcord” recently earned new certifications from the RIAA.

First and fourth single “John Cougar, John Deere, John 3:16” and “Blue Ain’t Your Color” attained platinum awards. Second and third singles “Break On Me” and “Wasted Time” went gold.

The platinum and gold certifications respectively confirm 1 million and 500,000 in US units. Each unit is equal to 1 paid download or 150 streams.

All four songs reached #1 on the Mediabase country radio singles chart. “Blue Ain’t Your Color” also enjoyed a lengthy reign atop the all-encompassing Billboard Hot Country Songs chart.
