Adele’s “25” Reaches 11x Platinum In The United Kingdom

The Grammy winner for Album Of The Year just earned a new certification in the artist’s home nation.

According to the BPI, Adele’s “25” was certified 11x platinum this week.

The certification confirms 3.3 million in UK album units.

A global phenomenon, “25” currently holds a 10x-platinum (diamond) certification in the United States.

It is the follow-up to Adele’s “21,” which is 16x platinum in the UK and 14x platinum in America.
