James Arthur’s “Say You Won’t Let Go” Returns To Top 10 On US iTunes Sales Chart

James Arthur James Corden [CBS]

In early January, James Arthur performed his international hit “Say You Won’t Let Go” on “The Late Late Show With James Corden” and TODAY. On the heels of those performances, the song reached the Top 10 on the US iTunes sales chart.

It quickly fell out of the Top 10, but it maintained a solid position on the chart. It never dropped out of the Top 25, and it actually spent much of January inside the Top 20.

In recent days, it has been gaining steam. Late Thursday, that momentum brought it back into the Top 10.

As of press time at 11:35PM ET, the song is #9 on the listing.

The gain comes as “Say You Won’t Let Go” rises at the hot adult contemporary and pop radio formats. It is trending Top 15 at the former and Top 40 at the latter.

The song also received a boost thanks to a BBC Radio “Live Lounge” cover by Camila Cabello and Machine Gun Kelly. While the performance actually took place in Arthur’s UK home, it received considerable press and fan support in the US.
