Update: Marking their first collaborative performance on US television, Steve Aoki and Louis Tomlinson took the stage on Tuesday’s “Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”
The artists performed their single “Just Hold On.”
Not simply his first time playing the song on US TV, Aoki was making his “Tonight Show” debut. Tomlinson was making his first “Tonight Show” appearance without One Direction.

Marking the first “Just Hold On” performance on US television, Tuesday’s showcase also marks Aoki’s debut on the Fallon-hosted “Tonight Show.” It marks Tomlinson’s first “Fallon” appearance outside One Direction.
The “Just Hold On” performance concludes an episode that also features appearances by Mike Myers and Tim Ferriss. Myers and Ferris both appear for interviews; Myers also participates in a “dice dance-off.”
