Update: In the spirit of the holiday season and in an effort to show support to the military, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Jimmy Fallon filmed a special segment for Friday’s “Tonight Show.”
The two entertainers reunited producer Karina Kabalan with her husband Todd, who is currently in the Air Force.
“Jimmy and Dwayne pull off an epic surprise for Tonight Show staffer and Army vet Karina by bringing her husband and Air Force sergeant, Todd, home early for the holidays,” says NBC of the segment.

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s previous “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” appearances have involved comedy sketches.
His appearance on Friday’s episode includes a segment of the heartwarming variety.
In keeping with the holiday spirit, Johnson and Fallon reunite “Tonight Show” producer Karina Kabalan with her serviceman husband.
In addition to the segment, Johnson participates in an interview on the broadcast. Kevin Nealon is also an interview guest, while Gary Clark, Jr. performs.
