Making good on Headline Planet’s projection, Bruno Mars’ “24K Magic” earns the top spot on this week’s Mediabase rhythmic airplay chart.

Played ~5,567 times during the November 27-December 3 tracking week (+667), Mars’ single rises two spots to #1.

It seizes the throne from The Weeknd’s “Starboy (featuring Daft Punk),” which falls to #3. The former multi-week #1 received ~5,412 weekly spins (-134).

Positioned between the Mars and Weeknd songs is Rae Sremmurd’s “Black Beatles (featuring Gucci Mane).” Up three places from last week’s position, “Black Beatles” takes #2 on the strength of its ~5,499 weekly plays (+1,114).

Down two spots, DJ Khaled’s “Do You Mind (featuring Nicki Minaj, Chris Brown, August Alsina, Jeremih, Future & Rick Ross)” grabs #4 with ~4,652 weekly plays (-867). A weekly spin count of ~4,542 (+27) lifts Chance The Rapper’s “No Problem (featuring Lil Wayne & 2 Chainz)” up one spot to #5.
