Empire [FOX]

Three weeks ago, FOX’s “Empire” fell to series lows in adults 18-49 and total viewers. It rebounded the following week.

Based on preliminary data, this week’s episode fell to new lows.

According to fast national data posted by Showbuzz, Wednesday’s “Empire” drew a 2.8 adults 18-49 rating and 7.82 million total viewers. The numbers trail the 3.1 rating and 8.39 million viewer mark garnered by the previous episode on November 16 and the series low 2.9 rating and 8.15 viewer figure posted on November 9.

Despite the series low distinction, this week’s “Empire” ranked as Wednesday night’s top show in adults 18-49.

FOX led into “Empire” with “Lethal Weapon” (1.6, 6.43 million this week vs. 1.7, 6.61 million on 11/16).
